Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses play as a natural way for children to express emotions, develop new skills, and make sense of their experiences. Because many children communicate best through play rather than words, therapists use activities such as pretend play, art, games, storytelling, and sensory exploration to support emotional regulation, social skills, communication, and confidence.
